How are your products manufactured?

We work with a company specializing in textile printing, whether in DTG or embroidery technique. Ecological items are manufactured in respect and environmental standards.

How to track my order?

You will receive a follow-up link by e-mail when your order is shipped. If you have questions about tracking your order, write us at contact@himesama.fr.

May I get delivered outside of France?

We deliver in the rest of the world and USA, Canada and Japan.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is validated, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. A delay of 24 hours at 48 hours is expected the time of treatment. You can if you wish, cancel your order.


What are your delivery methods?

We deliver your parcels by La Poste Colissimo followed for France and French-speaking countries. In addition, shipping costs are free from 59 € purchases.

What are your processing and delivery times?

Count 24 to 48 hours to process a command. Once your package is ready, count between 2 and 4 business days of delivery for France. To learn more about deadlines to other countries, Visit the Delivery page.

Where will my order be shipped?
We work with a European printer. Depending on your country, a nearest partner production site will be responsible for your order. For France, orders are shipped from Spain.

Why do not I get my order at one time?

Depending on the items you order, you may receive your products separately. This is due to the type of article and the logistics center where the products are printed. In any case, you receive your order as a whole.

Can I change my delivery address once my order validated?

Once validated, you can not change these settings. Review the information you have input before validating your order.


What are the payment options available ?

We accept bank card rules: Blue Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Why can not I validate my payment?

Please comply with these items to make the payment validation:

  • Have fulfilled your information.
  • Check that your credit card has not expired.
  • Do not have exceeded your ceiling authorized by the bank.

If all these conditions are met and the payment is still not validated, we invite you to contact your bank.
