Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Other items that can not be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Free items obtained through giveaways on our social media
To make a return, you must present us a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
  • Any article that is not in its original state, which is damaged or presents some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any article that returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Repayments
Refunds are only offered to clients who receive erroneous or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at contact@himesama.fr by sending us pictures of the damaged items and we will do the necessary to refund you.

Refunds late or missing
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.
Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card because there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is displayed.
If after performing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@himesama.fr.

Sellers
Only current price items can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the items are not refundable.

Trades
We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it against the same article, send us an e-mail to contact@himesama.fr and return your article to the address indicated on the parcel.

Shipment
To return a product, you must send it by mail to the address indicated on the package. It will take you to pay your own shipping costs to return your article. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.

Depending on the country where you reside, the time required to receive your product exchanged may vary.

If you send an article worth more than 59 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to monitor or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you are going back.
