Our mugs are made to order by our provider, ensuring eco-friendly production and minimizing waste. By printing only what’s needed, we help reduce excess inventory and promote sustainability. The processing time is estimated between 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

If you order several items, kindly note that your order may arrive in separate packages, as our manufacturer ships apparel and mugs from their facility, while Sabrina ships art, accessories and stationery from our artelier in Luxembourg.
