ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The purpose of the present "general conditions of use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the www.himesama.fr website and its services. This contract is concluded between :
The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher",
Any natural or legal person wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User".
The general terms of use must be accepted by every User, and his access to the site is considered as acceptance of these terms.

The costs incurred by the User to access the site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher. ARTICLE 3: USER'S RESPONSIBILITY

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damage must be compensated for by the site.

Any malfunctioning of the server or the network cannot engage the responsibility of the Editor. Similarly, the responsibility of the site can not be engaged in case of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

The User must obtain the authorization of the editor of the site before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents.

The User is entirely responsible for any content he/she puts online and undertakes not to harm any third party.
The Site Editor reserves the right to moderate or delete freely and at any time the contents put online by the users, without justification.
ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA
The company Loïc Artieri undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the User, which he would be led to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the user has a right to access, modify and delete information about him. ARTICLE 7: HYPERTEXT LINKS
The domains to which the hypertext links present on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Editor of www.himesama.fr, who has no control over these links.
It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the www.himesama.fr website without the express permission of the Editor.
ARTICLE 8: CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE
The site www.himesama.fr reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.
ARTICLE 9: DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract produces its effects towards the User as from the beginning of the use of the service.
ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The present contract depends on the French legislation. In the event of a dispute between the User and the Publisher that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Nice shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
